Terms of use, refund policy, and medical disclaimer

Life Force follows a transparent and structured refund policy based on the treatment plan, treatment stage, and the patient’s location. Refunds may be applicable before or during treatment, subject to defined timelines, consultation charges, and the status of medicine dispatch. As treatments are personalized, certain deductions apply, and full refunds are not guaranteed. Terms may change without prior notice.

Risk-free satisfaction policy:
If you are not satisfied after 6 weeks of treatment, you may return the medicine bottle and any unused tablets to our office in India. A USD 80 fee will be deducted towards shipping and handling, and the remaining amount will be refunded, provided the medicine parcel is received within 8 weeks. No specific outcome is assured within six weeks. The Risk-free satisfaction policy helps patients experience our processes and systems. Renewal patients are not eligible for this policy.

  2. Cancellation Before Medicine Dispatch

If you cancel your treatment request shortly after placing the order, or before we process the disease details submitted through the questionnaire, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  1. Cancellation after medicine dispatch

(Applicable for treatment plans longer than 4 months, Groups I, II, and III)

If cancellation occurs after dispatch of the first or subsequent batches of medicines, the cost of the lower treatment plan already used (as applicable to the patient’s group) will be deducted.
Additionally, USD 100 will be deducted towards processing and handling charges.
Further deductions may apply if any additional transaction-related costs are incurred.

  1. Cancellation After Medicine Dispatch

If cancellation occurs after any batch dispatch:

  1. The cost of the lower treatment plan already used will be deducted
  2. In addition, a ₹1,000 processing and handling fee will be deducted
  3. Additional transaction charges may apply, if any

 

  1. Validity of Refund Request
  • Refund requests must be submitted before the end of the selected treatment plan period.
    Requests must be made at least 8 weeks before plan completion.

  2. Low-fee forms
  3. Family plans
  4. Special discount plans
  5. Coupon benefits
  6. Patients failing to submit questionnaires within 3 months
  7. No refund is available on the grounds that the medicines are not working.

  1. Refunds only via bank transfer by the account team at the head office.
  2. Valid ID & receipt mandatory
  3. No cash refunds
  4. Processing time: Up to 45 working days

 

  1. Non-Receipt of Medicines

Patients must report:

  • Within 4 weeks (India)
  • Within 6 weeks (Outside India)

  1. Jurisdiction
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai only.
  1. Prescription Note
  • Due to the complexity of homeopathic prescribing, detailed explanations of prescriptions are not provided as part of online treatment.
  1. Use of Information and confidentiality:
    Life Force (Life Force Molecules Pvt Ltd, Homoeopathy India Pvt Ltd., and Life Force centre) uses contact information obtained through our websites and other means to send e-mail, newsletter and postal mail, supplying prospective patients with the most recent service information. By submitting your contact details by you are hereby authorising us to call you. Life Force may contact you by e-mail or call to send you information about your order (e.g.: order confirmations, shipment notifications, etc.). Life Force may also contact site visitors via e-mail regarding their account status and changes to any relevant agreements or policies. Life Force does not share information with third parties that, based on our experiential or other data, do not personally identify any of our users.
  2. Communication

All refund-related communications from registered patients must be submitted exclusively through the Patient Support System (PSS). Requests made via email, phone calls, or any other external channels will not be processed.
