Pt’s mother informed on 27th September 2017 that some red, dry, round elevated eruptions appeared on her both legs & Lt. Hand for two months. The itching was absent. The patient was taking allopathic medicine for it. She was taking the treatment for allergic rhinitis from Life Force for six months. Her respiratory complaint was under control with homoeopathic medicine. Apart from this, she was not suffering from other complaints.
The patient was non-vegetarian by diet. There was no specific liking and disliking. She was a hot patient. Her bowel, urine, appetite and thirst were normal. But her perspiration was profuse. Her sleep was interrupted. Mostly, she woke at 2-3 am in the morning.
At the time of her first consultation, she was 7 months old. Her parents were working for a private company. Her sister was studying in 3rd std.Peculiar mental traits observed were that she was very hyperactive. She was irritable and moody in nature. She was very attached to her sister.
In her family, her father and mother both were suffering from allergic rhinitis. Her sister was suffering from bronchitis. Her grandfather from the paternal side was suffering from diabetes and hypertension. Based on these features, she was prescribed researched based medicine for her complaint. After 6 weeks, at the time of follow-up on 2nd November 2017, her complaint was showing some improvement. Her previous spots reduced in size but one new spot appeared on the abdomen. She was not applying conventional ointment regularly. Her allergic rhinitis complaint was under control with homoeopathic medicine.
After a few months on 3rd March 2018, when she gave her follow-up, her condition was under control. Her old eruptions were improved. Few dull spots appeared on her thigh & back after the vaccination. So Dr Shah sir has done the required changes in her medicine. She was advised to apply coconut oil on it. Except this, her allergic rhinitis condition was 70% improved. Her general condition had improved a lot.
