She had the complaints almost daily. The stools were hard with severe cutting pain while passing stools. It was accompanied with bleeding with stools and burning in rectum after passing stools for about an hour.
She was severely constipated. It was a very dreadful experience for her to pass stools. She was on Syrup Cremaffin and applying Nitrogylcerine gel daily which would give her some relief in pain. Finally, she decided to go for homeopathy.
She was a vegetarian by diet. Her appetite had reduced due to her rectal complaints. Her sweating, thirst was normal. She had no specific preferences in food.She had a past history of tuberculosis. In her family, her mother had hypertension and maternal grandmother died due to cancer.
Mrs. M.M.C. was a lecturer in a Junior college. Her husband was working in a private firm. She had a 3.5 years old son.She was a very ambitious lady. She had completed her Masters in Computer Application and was working as a software programmer. There was lot of stress at work, due to her pregnancy she had to take a break.
She later joined as a lecturer in a junior college but was unsatisfied with her job as she was more interested in software. She shared a good relation with her husband and was very caring towards her son. There was no other major stress.
Her case was studied in detail by Dr. Shah and she was prescribed Sulphur 30 (II doses).
She reported on 18/02/2013, her complaints were 40% better. The pain and burning had reduced. Only the initial part of the stools was hard. Also there was only few spots of bleeding during stools. She had also stopped taking Syrup Cremaffin since a month.
On 03/06/2013, her complaints were 50 % better. There was improvement in pain and burning. She was again prescribed medicines for 2 months
