A female patient aged 19 years named S.U. (Patient ID: 12982) visited Life Force on 28th September 2019, accompanied by her family. She had been suffering from palmoplantar psoriasis for 2 years. The lesions were present on the soles, her palms & legs. Scaling was mostly present on the soles only. On all lesions, itching & dryness were present. Hyperpigmentation was present on the palms. She was applying a steroid-based local application named mometasone furoate once a day for 15 days.
Associated Complaints
Her family noted her bed-wetting issue for 2-3 months.
Family History
There was no positive family history present.
Mental Generals
She used to get nervous easily. Family members observed her irritation, especially before exams or any stage performance. They also mentioned her tantrums. Additionally, she would often shout at her parents or friends.
After a thorough case evaluation, Dr. Rajesh Shah advised on necessary dietary modifications and gave supplements to support her health. Follow-Ups

In the next follow-up, which was taken on 08th May 21, her mother informed us that her lesions are getting further better. And no episodes of itching were noted. Scaling was completely better. After analyzing this, Dr. Shah prescribed medicines for another two months.
In the last follow-up on 20th June 2021, her parents informed us that her psoriasis is completely better, with itching & scaling not noticed for many months.
