She was suffering from Lichen Planus since the last four to five months, affecting tongue and both buccal mucosa. She would get severe burning pain in the mouth while eating spicy food. She could not eat anything spicy.She was on allopathic treatment for her LP. She would apply Tacroz (local immunosuppressant) cream locally but it was not giving major relief.
She was having a family history of autoimmune diseases like Diabetes Mellitus and Cancer.Her appetite was normal. She was not very fond of sweets and would like spicy food more. Thirst, perspiration and bowel movements were normal. She was a chilly patient with marked aggravation from cold weather. Sleep was sound with no specific dreams.
