On July 23, 2023, a 40-year-old male patient with a Patient ID:52040 consulted at Life Force Homeopathy's Jayanagar Branch for nasal polyps, a condition he had been dealing with for 20 years. His symptoms included nasal congestion, mouth breathing, sneezing, and itching of the nose and eyes, and headaches.
