A 22-year-old female from Mumbai visited Life Force Homeopathy for the treatment of her Segmental vitiligo. She was suffering from it for 2 years. Vitiligo was present only on her lower lips. No other body part was affected. She had taken a lot of treatments for it but it was spreading gradually. She was applying steroid ointment for the last 3-4 months, but it was also not helping much. As the vitiligo was visible on her face, the patient and her parents were very anxious about the condition, its spread, and recovery from it.

The patient had an average appetite. She craved sweets and disliked vegetables. Her thirst was average. The patient’s sleep was often disturbed.

Follow-Ups
On 10th August 2019, the patient reported to us that there was a mild improvement with the medicines. The white pigmentation on her lips was becoming lighter than before. On 4th August 2020, the patient updated that the patch on her lips was the same as before. There was no major change with the medicines. It was stable but the color of the lip was not improving.
