A 31-year-old female came to Life Force Homeopathy on 16th December 2023 with concerns about acidity. The presenting symptoms were retrosternal burning, bloating, and flatulence with constipation. Occasionally she suffered from a pulsating headache with acidity. She also experienced nausea with occasional episodes of vomiting. The patient was taking conventional medicines such as Tab Enzoflam, 1 tablet twice a day, and tablet Happi D, 1 tab twice a day. Her acidity was triggered by fried food.
On examination, per abdomen, tenderness in the epigastric region.
Life Space
The patient had everything—a loving husband, a cozy home—but tears welled up in her eyes at the smallest of things, from a kind word to a harsh tone. Follow-Ups
In the first follow-up, which was done on 2nd February 2024, she was better by 20-30% since a month''s frequency of episodes was reduced—no episode of vomiting. The complaint of flatulence was reduced. The drug dependency also reduced; she had to take Tablet Happi D only 4-5 times in 1.5 months.
In subsequent follow-ups, patients noticed further improvement.
In a recent follow-up on 6th March 2025, the patient mentioned almost 100% improvement in her complaints, an occasional episode of acidity present, i.e., once a month, no nausea or vomiting, and there was no episode of headache due to acidity. Bloating and constipation also improved. She had to take a tablet of Pan D 40 (on an SOS basis) once a month. As the patient mentioned total recovery, the treatment was stopped because the cure in the case of acidity was achieved.
