He was suffering from severe gastric complaints of acidity, nausea, abdominal gases, distension of abdomen, which were affecting his day-to-day activities.He also reported of certain other associated complaints of recurrent colds, sneezing and cough frequently accompanied with general weakness. There was a marked allergy for dust.

He was on antacids and antibiotics for the same, with short-lived relief of these complaints.Mr O. R. did not specify any particular trigger which could have led to the Hep-C, there was no history of blood transfusion or contact with infected needles or razors in the past.
