A 41-year-old woman patient from Gangtok, Sikkim, India, Mrs. A.A. (PIN: 52385) was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst in February 2023. It was approximately one week after undergoing a hysterectomy. She complained of mild heaviness during urination, discomfort during bowel movements, and occasional backaches. She was also experiencing cramping pain during ovulation for the last 1.5 years. She was a known case of fibroid and gallstones. She had undergone surgery for the removal of gallstones. The ovarian cyst had been increasing in size by 3mm over the past six months. Follow-Ups:
First Followup
