G. aged, 52 years complained of Psoriasis in palms and soles since a year. It was severe with painful cracks and scaling. The itching was severe. She had been taking few ayurvedic medicines. It had increased during winters.
She was a vegetarian by choice. She liked salty food products. She would occasionally chew tobacco. She could not bear warm temperature.
She was a teacher by profession. Her mother in law stayed with them. She had a daughter and 2 sons. Her daughter was pursuing masters in arts. The elder son had completed matriculate and was unemployed. The younger son was studying pharmacy.
She had become irritable due to the disease. She did not feel like working. she was worried about the illness.She was also suffering from high blood pressure.Dr. Shah prescribed Psorinum 200c along with some research based medicines.
