The Vitiligo patches were unilateral, concentrated on the left side of his face, covering the eyelids and extending toward the lips. Additionally, patches were present on the waist, lower back, and vertex, all on the left side of the body. White hairs, such as the moustache and scalp, grew under these patches. After a thorough case-taking, it was observed that the Koebners phenomenon was negative in this patient. The patient frequently experienced colds and had pharyngitis with sneezing.

Family History
No family member had a history of Vitiligo, but several relatives had autoimmune conditions. The patient's father, grandfather, grandmother, and uncle had asthma, while the maternal grandmother had underactive thyroid, diabetes, and asthma.
Past History
The patient has explored diverse medical treatments since 2012. He underwent allopathic medications for 2 months in 2012 and 2013, with an unknown prescription. Corticosteroids were used for 5 days in 2014, leading to weight gain. A homeopathic medication was started in 2015 and was still continuing when he came to see us.
Personal History
The patient maintained an average appetite with a mixed diet. His water intake was low (up to 1 litre/day), and he was sensitive to cold, craving sweets and beans while disliking chicken.
Mental Generals
The patient was mild, gentle, and reserved, avoiding social interactions with few friends. While he spent 5-6 hours on gadgets, he was a decent child with no temper issues. He tended to be secretive, reluctant to share personal feelings, requiring his mother to inquire extensively about his day.
Prescription
Based on the observations and the patient's history, a suitable remedy was prescribed. A proper diet was outlined, accompanied by a presentation explaining the administration of medications and factors contributing to treatment success. Following counselling and discussions, he departed with a positive outlook and a smile on his face.
Follow-ups
During the first follow-up, the patient arrived with a happy expression, expressing gratitude for the noticeable repigmentation after the initial medication batch.
