She was suffering from Migraine since 4 years. She would get acute attack of Migraine associated with giddiness once in every fifteen days, which would be very severe for 5-6 hours and persist for 2 days with milder intensity. Her headache would be aggravated in crowded place, strong odor, and by exposure to sun. She would get relief by keeping ice pack and in open air. She would take tablet Naproxen and tablet Topamac during acute episode of Migraine which would giver her temporary relief.
She had an average appetite. She had marked cravings for fruits. Her bowel and sleep was normal. She would profusely perspire on forehead.
