There was cutting pain during and after stools. The pain was so severe that she developed a great fear of passing stools. The pain would last for at-least 10- 15 minutes after stools also.The stools were hard and required straining. It was accompanied with blood streak stools. The complaints would aggravate after eating any kind of oily and spicy food. Per rectal examination confirmed it as a fissure-in-ano.
She was vegetarian by diet and had a special craving for salty food and didn't like sweets. Her thirst and sweating was normal. She preferred cold weather more. She had no problems with her urine. Her menses were regular.
