She was not under any medication. Upon examination, mild redness was observed in the area. The condition was diagnosed as lichen planopilaris.
Physical Generals
The patient had a mixed diet with an average appetite. Sleep was good in different positions. Her bowel movements were normal. Menses were also regular.

The patient was affectionate by nature, precise, and disappointed. She was anticipatory. She was also tense about her disease condition. She had a grief-stricken nature. She was also irritable by nature.
