A patient Ms P.B. [PIN 6455] was under treatment for hair fall, she recovered very well. She was suffering from Hashimotos Thyroiditis. At that time she was on conventional treatment and we had focused only on her hair falling problem.
After several years, she visited the center for her Hashimotos Thyroiditis.
She was stable, but since the last two years, she was facing severe fluctuations in her TSH levels.
The TSH level was fluctuating from 20 to 35. Her Eltroxin was changed from 25 mcg to 75 mcg. She correspondingly faced fluctuation in her weight, moods and menses.
When she was interviewed, she admitted severe stress.
She was a very senior IT professional. She was responsible for quality control across verticals. She was very image conscious and responsible.
