The presenting symptoms were a cough with a lot ofexpectoration, which was white. He occasionally had a low-grade fever. Breathlessness, which is more at night and aggravated when lying down, with mild chest pain.
He was allergic to dust. She was taking conventional medications such as levocet (antihistamine) and MD Budamate (steroidal inhaler). His mother has a history of allergic rhinitis.On examination, the nasal turbinates were swollen. Wheezing was noted in the chest.
