Her condition was marked by severe joint pain, stiffness, and swelling affecting multiple joints, including the wrists, fingers, shoulders, knees, and ankles. The most prominent feature was marked morning rigidity lasting 3 to 4 hours, with pain episodes occurring daily, especially early in the morning, after mild exertion, and during the night. She reported dull aching to throbbing pain, occasional warmth over joints, and significant limitations in daily activities due to the persistent discomfort.
She had a mixed diet taken at small intervals, a craving for spicy and sweet food, an aversion to milk, low water intake (1–1.5 L/day), scanty perspiration, was thermally hot, and had sound sleep.

Past treatment history
