Case Study
Mr. A.A (PIN: 46757), an unmarried male, 25-year-old who owes a hardware shop, presented at the Thane branch of Life Force Homeopathy on 19.11.21 with a five-year history of chronic gastritis symptoms, including frequent belching every two hours, flatulence, indigestion, constipation takes time to pass stool, loss of appetite, and burning sensations in the stomach with irritation the throat. Had profuse perspiration, Gentle sober in nature and expressive easily irritated with anxiety. The patient had a history of umbilical hernia surgery and was diagnosed with optic neuritis six years ago.
A detailed case analysis was conducted. Dr Rajesh Shah led a comprehensive treatment plan that included individualized homeopathic medications, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications. Blood investigations were suggested for further evaluation.
The patient's follow-up records demonstrated significant improvement in gastritis symptoms. Improvement in complaints with a 75% reduction. The frequency of episodes was reduced to 1-2 times/day for belching. Duration of attacks lasting the whole day reduced to 6 to 8 hours. The severity of symptoms was moderate. Other symptoms like belching were once a week, improved flatulence by 80%, and good appetite.
Second Follow-Up (3/3/2022)
Continued improvement in most of the symptoms.Belching reduced to once every 3-4 days. Constipation improved. Occasional severe headache. Optic neuritis symptoms were the same which was not under Life Force treatment.
Third Follow-Up (06/05/2022)
Further improvement is seen as belching continues to decrease. Other symptoms are under control.
Fourth Follow-Up (26.7.22)
Belching persists, aggravating after meals. All other symptoms are better.
Fifth Follow-Up (11.10.22)
No complaints; even trigger foods don't trigger symptoms, so treatment was stopped. Optic neuritis remains untreated by Life Force. Treatment stopped
