Ms. S.S., a twenty-eight-year-old female, started online treatment with Life Force Homeopathy (Patient ID: 56569). She had presented with a complaint of an enlarged left cervical lymph node since November 2024, which was accompanied by recurrent high-grade fever (103–102°F for 20 days, then 99°F until December 27). Associated symptoms included a left peritonsillar abscess (December 24) with lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI). Pain and difficulty in swallowing were also noted.

Investigations:

FNAC (16/12/24): Chronic lymphadenitis.

USG Neck (28/12/24):

Left level 2 necrotic conglomerate lymph node (3.9 × 3 cm).

Multiple enlarged lymph nodes bilaterally (left levels 3, 4, 5a; right levels 2, 3, 5a).

Infectious Workup:

MTB PCR (30/12/24): Negative.

AFB culture: Negative.

Typhoid serology (IgG/IgM): Positive.

Inflammatory Markers:

ESR: 100 mm/hr (09/12/24), which decreased to 53 mm/hr (28/12/24).

CRP: 44.68 mg/L (high).

Neutrophils: 80% (indicative of bacterial infection).

First follow-up:

Second follow-up:

Final follow-up:

Follow-up on 10/06/25: Overall, further improvement, approximately 80% improvement was seen. No pain or swelling in the left cervical lymph nodes. No fever. However, the body felt cold in the rain. Painkillers were taken for 2 days due to pain in the left lower rib caused by a sprain. The pain due to the sprain in the left lower rib was unrelated to the lymphadenopathy.

Conclusion:

The subsequent Life Force Homeopathy treatment had proven successful, leading to a complete resolution of the lymph node enlargement and associated symptoms, with no relapse observed over a 6-month follow-up period.
