The child''s grandfather explained that the boy had developed vitiligo patches approximately fifteen to twenty days prior. A large depigmented patch had rapidly formed on the chin within two weeks, with additional bilateral patches appearing on both ears (the left being more prominent than the right). The condition was spreading at an alarming rate. 

The child had been using Myocil CB ointment locally three times daily for the previous fifteen days (since the end of February 2024) as prescribed by their pediatrician but without significant improvement.
The grandfather noted that the child had started consuming cow''s milk (approximately 100 ml daily) about two months before the onset of vitiligo.

The child had no other associated complaints at the time of consultation. His overall health was reported to be good by the family members. He had sound sleep patterns, and no significant behavioral issues were reported by the family.

Regarding his general parameters, Master S. S. had an average appetite and was still being breastfed alongside a regular diet. His bowel movements and urinary habits were satisfactory and normal. The child weighed six and a half kilograms and was reported to have normal developmental milestones. 

Master S. S. lived in a joint family with his parents and grandparents. His father was engaged in the construction business while his mother was a homemaker. The family environment was supportive, and the child was reported to have had a happy childhood thus far. 

The family history was significant for autoimmune conditions. The paternal grandfather had been diagnosed with vitiligo in 2008, and the paternal grandmother had underactive thyroid. 

Regarding past history, Master S. S. was born via LSCS (lower segment cesarean section) because his mother did not experience labor pains despite reaching the due date. His birth weight was three kilograms, and there were no significant health issues reported after birth or during early development.

Dr. Shah studied the case in detail and prescribed a homeopathic remedy suited to the child''s individual symptom picture, genetic predisposition, and the characteristic pattern of vitiligo. 

During the first follow-up in May 2024, the condition was stable without significant improvement. A mild spread was noted under the nose, but no new spots had developed.

The fourth follow-up in December 2024 showed continued excellent response to the treatment, with complete resolution of the vitiligo maintained.

At the most recent follow-up in February 2025, the patient continued to show excellent results with no visible patches. 

The family was extremely satisfied with the homeopathic treatment outcome, especially considering the rapid progression of the condition initially and the complete recovery achieved.
