A 46-years-old male, Mr. S.S.D. (PIN: 36355) consulted for his Lichen Planus at Life Force on the 31st March 2018. He had developed hyperpigmented, scattered irregular spots on his abdomen, both the legs, both the thighs, & back from three months. His eruptions were thick, raised, and dark brown with occasional itching. It was clinically diagnosed as Lichen Planus. He had been taking oral steroids for three months, but it was not providing any significant result, only his genital eruptions were cured totally. He had fair skin and was tall. He was a non-vegetarian by diet. He desired spicy food. His thirst was excessive. His would perspire very rarely. His bowel movements were regular. His sleep was sound. He didn’t see any peculiar dreams.
