Severe Urticaria Fully Healed in 9 Months Through Individualized Homeopathy
A 37-year-old male with severe urticaria, angioedema, and dermatographism achieved complete recovery within nine months through personalized homeopathic treatment. Frequent episodes requiring antihistamines gradually reduced, and he stopped all conventional medication within two months. A 37-year-old busy working-class male (PIN: 47328) approached us for the treatment of his complaints of severe Urticaria in February 2022. The complaints had started bothering him 2 years back with intense itching all over the body occurring every 5 to 6 days and used to subside in an hour after taking an antihistamine. But, in the last 4-5 months, it was progressing further with angioedema (swelling over the lips and eyes and dermatographism (urticaria eruption develops when putting pressure or scratching the skin).
The patient also suffered from chronic hyperacidity for which he used to take antacids once or twice a week for relief. He used to indulge in tobacco previously but stopped it 5 years ago.
Physical and Psychological Generals
By nature, the patient was irritable and had a fear of water. He had been married just an ear ago and had good relations with all at home and workplace. Also, he had craving for salty and spicy foods and had offensive perspiration.
Self and Family’s Medical History
His sister had an underactive thyroid, while his mother suffered from Rheumatoid arthritis.
At Life Force
Based on his case details, Dr. Shah prescribed research-based Homeopathic medicines to the patient. Also, he was suggested dietary changes and a few blood tests.
Follow-Ups
After two months of taking homeopathic medicines, the patient mentioned that the severity of urticaria had reduced. No episodes of angioedema or dermatographism had occurred. And, he had not taken the antihistamine for a month. Based on the recent follow-up, Dr. Shah prescribed homeopathic medicines to the patient.
