Her hair was falling from the roots, and gray hair was also noticed. She was following home remedies and was not taking any treatment. The patient had an average appetite. Her thirst for water was adequate. She loved eating sweets and chicken. She had no issues related to her urine and stool. Her sleep was sound and refreshing.The patient was a head accountant at ESIC. Her husband worked as a locomotive driver on the railway.
