He had done MRI scan, which showed the possibility of inflammatory sacro ilitis. Dr. Rajesh Shah asked him to conduct a HLA B27 test, which came positive. He was finally diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis.
He was having severe left hip joint pain, neck pain, and backache. There was severe stiffness in his back and the left hip joint. He was experiencing difficulty in walking. He was on pain killer (Voveron 150mg per day) and some vitamin and calcium supplements. It was giving him a temporary relief.He had allergic bronchitis in the past.

Mr B.J.S was a lean person. He had an intense craving for spicy food. All his complaints used to get worse in the cold weather.He was a perfectionist by nature. He always liked to plan his schedule. He preferred to be in company always. He was having a lot of anticipatory anxiety. He used to get an attack of allergic bronchitis before his exams. He was an engineering student, and he was supposed to go to the US for post-graduation in about a month’s time.
