A 40-years-old man, Mr. A.Y. (PIN: 35711) consulted at Life Force Homeopathy Chembur branch on 15th February 2018 for his complaint of skin rash, which used to occur on and off and was accompanied by intense itching and redness for 7-8 months. He was suffering from this complaint daily for around 2-3 hours. His skin eruptions were present all over the body. There were weals present with severe itching and burning on the affected parts.
