He was on Antacids & Ayurvedic treatment for the same. The episodes would affect him twice a day & last up to 2 hours at a time. The symptoms were not getting relieved, & he was desperately seeking treatment to get rid of his discomforting complaints.
Physical Generals
The patient was a vegetarian and had an average appetite. He had no specific food preferences. He consumed food at the canteen during working hours in the afternoon; otherwise, he preferred to have home-cooked food only. He has an average thirst and was drinking 2.5 liters of water a day. He was not comfortable in the cold temperatures. His digestion was imbalanced & he passed unsatisfactory stools. He has an average physique. His sleep was sound with no disturbances.

Follow-Ups
