Patient named M.S. (Patient ID: 43595), aged 47 years, visited Life Force on 25th August 2020 for her urticaria. She had been suffering from Urticaria for 6 months. She used to experience erythematous patches with itching almost 2 times a day. Her condition had worsened gradually. Her urticaria had started after using a cosmetic product. She used to apply Atarax lotion whenever there was an occurrence of episodes, which had been prescribed by her doctor.
Associated complaints: She had also been suffering from hypertension for many years, for which she was taking anti-hypertensive medicines.
Physical generals: Her diet was purely vegetarian. She liked sweets and spicy items. Thermally, she was a chilly patient. She used to experience both types of dreams — happy and fearful.
Personal history: She was working in an MNC company as a branch administrator.
Mental generals: She had a fear of losing her close and dear ones, especially after the death of her mother. Whenever she got angry, she avoided having a conversation with anyone for hours or days, depending on the situation.
At Life Force: After a thorough case evaluation, Dr. Rajesh Shah devised a comprehensive treatment plan. She was advised on necessary dietary modifications and given supplements to support her health. She was also advised to do a few blood investigations to check the status of her general health. On 17th November 2021, the patient was stable and overall better. There were no episodes of urticaria noted. An overall 75% improvement was observed. She was happy to see the overall progress. On the basis of her feedback, Dr. Shah prescribed medicines for another two months.

This case of urticaria showed remarkable improvement and complete recovery with individualized homeopathic treatment, highlighting the effectiveness of homeopathy in managing acute as well as chronic allergic skin conditions gently and holistically.
