A 6-years-old boy, Master K.J. (PIN 27207) visited Life Force on 31st October 2015 with a complaint of vitiligo. The patient was suffering from vitiligo since six months. His disease had progressed gradually. At the time of consultation, his both the knees, abdomen, left elbow, lt. axilla, right eyebrow, and right arm and forearm were affected by the disease. He was applying Elocon cream 1 month back, but stopped it since 10 days. Apart from vitiligo, he was not suffering from any other complaint.
The patient was vegetarian by diet. His thirst was less. He liked eating spicy and sour foods. There was no specific disliking. He was hot patient. His urine, motion, and sleep were normal. His perspiration was profuse, mainly on his face & back. There was no specific dream.
In his family, his grand-mother from the maternal side was suffering from vitiligo. His mother was suffering from a migraine, anaemia, & lumber spondylitis. He had no specific past history.
He was a student of junior KG class. His father was a businessman. His mother was a home-maker. His sister was 8-years-old.
He was studious, expressive, and joyful in nature. He was an extrovert. He was a very obedient child. He used to get mixed with others very easily. He used to turn irritable when someone used to tease him. He did not like to be alone.
After studying his detailed case history, he was prescribed research-based molecule for his vitiligo complaint.
First follow up
On 19th January 2016, when the patient gave his first follow-up, there was some improvement seen in his vitiligo spots. No new spots had appeared.
Second follow up
A few months later on 26th June 2016, his condition was improved significantly. His condition was improved by more than 50%. No new spots had appeared.
Third follow up
On 13th September 2016, he gave his follow-up. A few of his spots had improved by 70% & some spots had improved by more than 80%.
Fourth follow up
On 14th February 2017, his condition was better. All his vitiligo spots were showing a good improvement. Spot on his right eyebrow was totally recovered. No new spots had appeared.
Fifth follow up
On 6th June 2017, when he visited the centre for his follow-up, all his spots were in a good condition. His condition was improved by more than 90%. His both the knees, right eyebrow, and right arm and forearm spots were totally recovered.
Sixth follow up
On 1st January 2018, he gave his follow-up. No new spots had appeared, & old spots were showing a very good improvement. His condition was better by more than 90%. There were no other complaints. His parents were very happy & satisfied with the treatment.
He is still continuing our medicine for further recovery.
Conclusion:
This case highlights that homeopathy is highly beneficial in treating skin conditions like vitiligo safely, effectively, and without any concerns.
