She described her hair fall as more than 100 strands per day with thinning of hair more evident on the vertex. The partitions had become wider and left side of head had very thin hair with visible empty spaces. She had dandruff which presented as thick white flaky scales. She had itching over the scalp and her hair had become lusterless.

Past medical history was not significant as she did not suffer from any major diseases. There was no history of major diseases in family as well.Emotionally she described herself as “Moody, pleasant and friendly”. She had very lonely childhood as her father died when she was 5 years old and her mother started working. She used to be in the company of her grandmother. Later on her mother remarried.
