The hair fall had triggered three years ago after a company tour to the Middle East. He was a project manager and he had to supervise a project in Dubai. He never suffered from hair loss in the past. Ever since the tour, he had noticed hair loss, which gradually became more severe. He attributed it to stress and the hard water. He had hoped that things would improve over a period of time.

However he gradually developed boils on the scalp and the skin and recurrent colds.That was the time that he realized that things were not right and he consulted a doctor.
