A 36-years-old married male patient, Mr. P.S.D. (PIN 22336)   consulted at Life Force centre on 19th January 2015 with the complaints of hyper-acidity & indigestion. He would experience heartburn and a lot of heaviness and regurgitation since one and a half years. He was suffering from the complaint of acidity since one and a half years and indigestion discomfort since 12 years. His symptoms used to bother him every alternate day. His condition used to get aggravated mostly by having heavy meals, by eating the meal late in the night, and by consuming certain food items. Besides this, he also had complaints of anxiety & hypertension. 

He was vegetarian by diet. He liked spicy and sweet food a lot, but he didn’t have any specific disliking. His thirst was less than average. His stool, perspiration, and sleep were average. Mostly, he got the dream of snakes & death of his relatives. His physique was normal.

He was running a business. He lived with his wife.Mentally, the patient was very anxious & sad. He was short-tempered. He was very emotional. Every small thing was effective on him. He was depressed now-a-days. He had insecurity. Thus, his mental status was predominantly related to all the symptoms of his complaint.
