Her lesions were purplish, brown of half centimeters in size approximately. There were multiple small spots present on her body. Besides lichen planus, she was suffering from PCOD since 2016 due to which she had irregular menses and, occasionally, she used to get acne on her face.
Family History:
Her elder sister had the same complaints of lichen planus and PCOD. Her mother, father, or any other family member didn't have any major illness.
Physical Generals:
