Introduction
Genital warts, a common sexually transmitted infection (STI), are caused by certain strains of the human papillomavirus (HPV). These warts typically appear on the genital and anal areas, often causing discomfort, itching, and psychological distress due to their appearance and the stigma associated with them. While conventional medicine typically involves topical creams, cryotherapy, or surgical removal, some patients opt for alternative treatments. This case study explores the successful management of genital warts in a 28-year-old male using individualized homeopathic remedies, emphasizing the holistic and patient-centered approach of homeopathy.
Case Study
A 28-year-old unmarried male (Patient identification number: 54257) presented at the Life Force Jayanagar Branch on 9th April 2024 with multiple soft, flesh-colored growths on the glans penis at the tip of the penis. He reported mild itching and discomfort, particularly during physical activity. The lesions first appeared in 2019 and had gradually worsened over the past five months. The patient reported a history of a single unprotected sexual encounter. He expressed emotional distress and shame, which had negatively impacted his self-esteem and social life. There was no significant past medical history, and he was not on any long-term medication.
In homeopathy, treatment is individualized and based on a detailed analysis of the patient''s physical, mental, and emotional symptoms. A thorough case-taking session was conducted, considering his physical and mental constitution, lifestyle, past medical history, and family history.

He experienced average perspiration and was intolerant to hot weather. His bowel movements were satisfactory, and he had no urinary complaints. Sleep was sound, and he preferred lying on his left side.
Mental Generals

He had a calm and composed nature, often suppressing his anger. He was highly attached to his parents and experienced health-related anxiety. He enjoyed outdoor sports.
His intellectual faculties, including memory, perception, logic, intelligence, and analytical skills, were intact and functioning well.
