A 28-year-old female residing in Bangalore, Mrs. A.C. (Patient ID: 55097), a native of Rajasthan who is working in the IT sector, visited the Life Force Homeopathy Branch at Jayanagar, Bangalore, on 20th July 2024, to get treatment for her complaints of gastritis. She also had issues with fibromyalgia for a few years.
The patient complained of gastritis for the past 3 years, which was progressive for 6 months. She complained of severe acidity and bloating with burps lasting for 3–4 hours daily. The complaints had started due to an irregular diet and used to get aggravated by outside food intake due to the consumption of spicy food. She is strictly vegetarian and usually avoids outside foods most of the time. She used to take tea twice daily and now takes homely food and on time.
She was never on antacids or had not taken any treatment in the past for the same.The patient also complained of fibromyalgia with body swelling, which gets relieved after passing burps, usually.The patient was chilly thermally. She enjoyed sound sleep and usually dreamt of routine dreams that were nothing to be.
By nature, the patient was very quite anxious. She had anxiety regarding her health. She was also slightly reserved.After studying the case details and completing an evaluation, Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed her homeopathic medicines.
Follow-Ups
After taking 2 months of initial medications, the first follow-up was on 24th September 2024. The patient initially was 15–20% better, but she had experienced a relief of intensity of symptoms. But burps again came in the last week. The patient felt overall better.
In the next follow-up on 23rd November 2024, the patient complained of an increased retrosternal burning again with no significant further improvements in the symptoms. So Dr. Shah revised her medications and prescribed her accordingly.
On the 31st of Jan 2025 follow-up consultation, the patient’s relief from the complaints was about 50–70% better, but she still complained of bloating and mild acidity episodes.
