On October 11, 2023, a joyous and outgoing builder named Mr P.R. (Patient ID: 49266) approached the Life Force Homeopathy Kemps Corner branch to seek medical treatment for arthritis. This pain had been troubling him for 3 months, slowly affecting his daily activity. Only the finger joints were affected and he also mentioned swelling often on fingers. His range of motion was restricted due to stiffness in his fingers. There was no genetic link to Arthritis, ruling out genetic predispositions. There was no history of trauma or injuries to his fingers. Though his health was affecting his day-to-day activities he appeared to be stable with no signs of anxiety or depression.

There was no specific desire for food and drink. His thirst for water was adequate, and he reported no issues with hydration. His sleep was sound and refreshing despite the pain.
Mental Generals
The patient was a builder by profession. He had to deal with stress at work, which was very difficult at times and took a toll on his health. He was very extrovert and joyful by nature.There were no major illnesses in the family.
After studying the case in detail, Dr.Shah prescribed CAULOPHYLLUM 30 along with his research-based medicines, and vitamin supplements were suggested.

Follow-Ups
On 1st February 2024, the patient reported that he was a little better with the medicines. The pain was a little less in intensity compared to before. Swelling and stiffness were still present. He still has difficulty in day-to-day activities. On the basis of this feedback, Dr. Shah prescribed further medicines.
On 31st May 2024, the patient reported to be much better with the medicines. There was almost fifty per cent improvement noticed by the patient. The pain was reduced than before. The stiffness and swelling were also less than before. He was able to do his work now. There was overall improvement with the medicines.
Over time the pain began to subside, giving him hope and motivation to continue. The swelling became less frequent, and his mornings became a little brighter.
On 10th July 2024, the patient reported that he was much better now. The pain was completely gone. He was able to do his daily tasks. There was no swelling or stiffness noticed in joints. He was very happy with the results.
