There was one alopecia patch on the right side of his mustache since one month. He noticed another alopecia patch on his right temporal region of the scalp since one week. There was no itching on the scalp. He also suffered from premature graying of hair.

Premature graying of hair was a hereditary complaint in his family. He had not started any treatment for his alopecia areata. Since his alopecia had started spreading to new spots, he was worried and started looking for treatment options. He was a non-vegetarian by diet. He had a strong liking for meat, fish, and chicken. He used to experience generalized profuse perspiration. He would even perspire on his palms and soles. He would not have any specific climate tolerance. His bowels were unsatisfactory.

He was working with a bank under ATM monitoring department. His wife was a homemaker. His father was retired, and his brother was also working with a bank.

He was short-tempered and reserved by nature. He would react quickly, if someone would say anything negative about him, and would stop talking to him. He was stressed regarding his job. He was looking for a new job, as his company wanted to transfer him to Hyderabad.
