The parents of a 2-year-old named T.T. (Patient ID: 56962) visited Life Force Mulund for her allergic bronchitis on 18th February 2025. She had been suffering from allergic bronchitis since November 2024. Her main triggering factors were dust, the winter season, and the morning time; her allergy would often become aggravated.
There was a presence of a dry cough and sometimes a runny nose. At times, her chest used to be congested. Her mother used to give her antihistamines and bronchodilators, and also used to give Duolin three times a day due to the severity of her symptoms.
Physical Generals
Her diet was mainly vegetarian, but her appetite was good. She had cravings for salty food but a complete aversion to sweets. Thermally, she was a hot patient.
Mental Generals
She was the only child of her mother; there was some attention-seeking behaviour. Also, in anger, she used to throw things and hit others. She liked travelling, especially to gardens, and she also liked dressing up.
At Life Force, after analyzing her case in depth, Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed homeopathic medicines for around two months. Along with this, certain important investigations were also suggested to her. Necessary changes in diet were also advised to support her recovery.
Follow-Ups
In the first follow-up, which was taken on 1st April 2025, there was no major episode noted. However, there was a mild complaint of a runny nose for a week, noted due to a change in weather and dust exposure, as there was construction going on near the house.

On 12th June 2025, the patient’s parents mentioned that there was a history of a mild cold with a runny nose, which lasted for five days, and also a mild dry cough that lasted for 1–2 days only due to changes in the weather and after having curd and pomegranate juice. Conventional medicines were given for five days. On the basis of this feedback, Dr. Shah prescribed medicines for the next two months.
In the next follow-up, which was taken on 24th August 2025, the patient’s parents mentioned that there was overall improvement. No major episodes were noted. There was no conventional medicine required. On the basis of this feedback, Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed medicines for another two months.
In the latest follow-up, which was taken on 4th October 2025, the patient’s parents mentioned that there was total betterment. No episode of cold or cough was noted, and no conventional medicines were required for five to six months. The patient’s parents were very happy with the results.
