Responsibilities:
- Design professional graphics for social media, websites, ads, blog banners and branding assets.
- Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form videos, including patient testimonials, case study stories, doctor interviews, educational content, and ads
- Create motion graphics for improved engagement on digital platforms
- Develop thumbnails, layouts, and creative concepts aligned with campaign goals.
- Ensure brand consistency and creativity across all visual content.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to brainstorm and execute ideas.
- Manage multiple design and edit tasks with timely delivery
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects
- Video composition, color correction, transitions and audio sync
- Creativity, strong visual sense and attention to detail • Good understanding of social media design trends and formats
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in design and video editing
- Experience in healthcare, education or storytelling-based content (preferred)
- Basic camera handling and shooting ability is a plus
- Familiarity with YouTube export formats and Canva/Figma is a bonus
