Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Understand hiring requirements and create appropriate job postings.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1 years) as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing techniques, and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under deadlines.
