A 15-year-old boy from Punjab, Mr. R.L. (PIN:32005) started online treatment from Life Force on 25th April 2017 for his complaint of Vitiligo.
He was suffering from this skin condition for the last year. He had developed hypopigmented spots on his cheek, neck, and wrist. Besides this, no other complaint was bothering him. He took conventional treatment for a few months, but it was not helping him and he was suffering from its side effects of it. He had started with homeopathic treatment, but it was not helping him much. His vitiligo spots were spreading day by day. He noticed that new spots were appearing on his body gradually. He was very anxious about it.
He had an average appetite. He had a craving for sweets. His thirst was average. His sleep was sound and refreshing. There were no issues with regard to his urine and stools.
He was staying with his parents. He had a reserved nature and did not like to talk much.
He was operated on for rectal polyp for many years. His grandmother was suffering from diabetes mellitus.
After studying the case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed him Calc Phos 30 and some research-based homeopathic medicines.
First follow up
On 23rd June 2017, the patient reported that he experienced no major changes after starting with the medicines. His condition was almost as it is. There were no changes in his spots. He noticed a few new hypopigmented spots on his body. There was no spread noticed in the old spots. On the basis of this feedback, Dr. Shah prescribed further medicines to the patient.
Second follow up
On 30th October 2017, the patient reported being around 25% better with the homeopathic medicines. There was no spread of the disease. He did not notice any new spots in the past few months. His condition was absolutely under control with the medicines. His old spots were subsiding gradually, and color changes were observed in them.
Third follow up
On 11th April 2018, the patient reported being further better. He was almost 50% better than earlier. The size of all his spots was reducing. The re-pigmentation was noticed in them. His disease was fully (100%) under control. The patient and his parents were very happy with the results.
Fourth follow up
On 23rd November 2018, it was noticed that the patient was almost 60% to 70% better in his relief from the complaints. There was further re-pigmentation noticed in the spots. He was experiencing an overall improvement in his recovery from the disease condition.
Fifth follow up
On 9th February 2019, the patient reported being almost 80% better in his recovery from the complaints. His vitiligo spots were further fading. No new spots had appeared, and no spread of the disease had occurred. He was overall better with the medicines.
The patient and his parents thanked Dr. Shah and the whole Life Force team for healing him. He is still under our treatment to achieve complete recovery.
Conclusion:
This case highlights that homeopathy is highly effective in treating vitiligo remarkably and safely without any side effects.
