(Patient ID: 54766), wife of a fruit vendor working at the APMC market, visited the Life Force Homeopathy Vashi branch. She had been suffering from Grade 2 external piles for the past one and a half years. Presenting Complaints For the previous two months, her symptoms had worsened and were occurring daily, whereas earlier they appeared about twice a week. Her complaints included: Soreness, itching, and burning sensation in the anal region Pain during and after passing stools A small lump felt around the anus Constipation, especially after consuming spicy or outside food She reported that the first part of the stool was usually hard, followed by semisolid stools. Her complaints began after her second childbirth, which was a normal delivery. She had been taking Pilex (an Ayurvedic medicine) on an SOS basis for nearly 1.5 years, but the relief was temporary. Physical Generals Thermal reaction: Ambithermal Perspiration: Profuse Appetite: Average Food cravings: Strong desire for spicy foods such as vada pav and franky Menstrual history: Regular 28-day cycle Mental Generals The patient was emotionally sensitive with weeping tendencies and suppressed emotions. She discontinued all medications except homeopathy. November 14, 2024: Significant reduction in burning, itching, and pain. Stools were slightly hard, and mild pain persisted during defecation. Lump size remained unchanged. She had recently recovered from dengue, which caused weakness. December 27, 2024: Burning sensation reduced considerably, lasting only 5–10 minutes after bowel movements. Hard stools were limited to the first bowel movement of the day. Itching was minimal, with occasional lump sensation. February 9, 2025: The patient reported 75% overall improvement. No burning pain. Occasional itching and lump sensation occurred only after consuming spicy food. Otherwise, she felt comfortable and much improved. Case Study

Women often have piles post-delivery. Thirty-year-old Mrs. P.A., a homemaker and the spouse of a fruit vendor in the APMC market, came to the Life Force Homeopathy clinic in the Vashi branch (Patient ID: 54766). For one and a half years, she has had grade 2 external piles. For two months, she experienced soreness, itching, and a burning sensation with a little lump around her anus every day; previously, this occurred roughly twice a week.

The frequency of her complaints was once every ten days, triggered by an irregular diet. She had been taking Pilex (an ayurvedic medication) 1 tablet SOS for 1 and a half years. She experienced pain during and after passing stool with itching and discomfort. Her complaints began after her second delivery, a normal delivery, and whenever she ate spicy or outside foods, her constipation flared up. Generally, the first part of her stool was hard, but occasionally, otherwise, the stools were satisfactory and semisolid.

Physical generals:

She was ambithermal, sweated a lot, and she had an average appetite and an inclination for spicy foods like vada pav and franky.  Her menstruation was a regular 28-day cycle.

Mental generals:

She had weeping tendencies with suppressed emotions, was very emotional and nervous, always thinking about her family.

Life Force Approach:

Detailed Case Taking: This involves a comprehensive interview with the patient to gather information about their medical history. Based on the case assessment and individualized evaluation, Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed the homeopathic remedy Sulphur. In addition to homeopathic remedies, the patient was advised on lifestyle and dietary changes, and blood investigations were suggested. The patient''s condition was regularly monitored, and his progress was documented.

Follow up:
First Follow-up on July 27, 2024:

In the initial follow-up, 20% less pain, itching, and burning was experienced. Every ten days, the patient complained of pain following a difficult stool movement. The size of the lump did not change.

Second Follow-up on July 9, 2024:

The pain began and persisted for around one and a half hours after passing stool in August. The size of the lump appeared to have somewhat enlarged. In August, the stool was difficult, but it has since then become normal slowly. No burning or itchy feelings. She was not on any medication apart from homeopathy.

Third Follow-up on November 14, 2024:

There was less burning, itching, and pain. The stools were a little hard. There was still pain when passing stool. The size of the bulge remained constant. A recent attack of dengue last month left her feeling weak.

Fourth Follow-up on December 27, 24:

The burning discomfort had subsided considerably and had only persisted for 5–10 minutes following bowel movements. Only during the first bowel movement of the day were there hard stools. There was less itching; however, there was still the occasional lump sensation.

Fifth Follow-up on 09/02/25

The patient reported 75% improvement and no burning pain during the follow-up on 09/02/25. Eating spicy food is the primary cause of the intermittent itching and lump sensation; otherwise, she is much better.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, this case shows how well homeopathy works to treat grade 2 piles. An efficient, complete holistic approach to easing pain, burning, and itching in cases of piles. With stool normalcy and no external application, the patient''s discomfort gradually decreased.
