Describes a 23-year-old man from Bihar with psoriasis since 2017 that spread gradually, relapsed after conventional and Ayurvedic care, and caused severe itching, scaling, acne, and emotional stress. It details his personal background, physical and mental traits, and constitutional homeopathic treatment by Dr. Shah. Follow-ups show reduced lesions, fading marks, no new spread, stability through expected flare periods, and improved wellbeing, with residual dandruff and hair fall noted today only.
