He presented with complaints of cauliflower-like growths over his genital region (penis and anus), which had appeared over the past 1-2 months. These growths were progressively increasing in size and causing severe itching. The warts caused him significant embarrassment, and he was too shy to undergo a physical examination. Despite the growing discomfort, he had not consulted a doctor regarding the issue. The probable cause of his genital warts was unprotected sexual intercourse.
He also complained of piles, which had been a long-standing issue for the past year, worsening over the last 6-8 months. His symptoms related to piles included itching, burning, and the feeling of incomplete evacuation after bowel movements.
