This case highlights a 26-year-old Nepali man who suffered from rapidly spreading genital warts, persistent piles, and rising anxiety. Readers will learn how detailed case analysis, tailored remedies, and lifestyle guidance worked together to restore his confidence and health.

Mr. S. P, bearing (Patient Identification Number:51719), a 26-year-old young man, from Nepal, recently relocated to Mumbai for a job as a hairdresser, visited our Borivali branch of Life force on 11th June 2023. He presented with complaints of cauliflower-like growths over his genital region (penis and anus), which had appeared over the past 1-2 months. These growths were progressively increasing in size and causing severe itching. The warts caused him significant embarrassment, and he was too shy to undergo a physical examination. Despite the growing discomfort, he had not consulted a doctor regarding the issue. The probable cause of his genital warts was unprotected sexual intercourse.

He also complained of piles, which had been a long-standing issue for the past year, worsening over the last 6-8 months. His symptoms related to piles included itching, burning, and the feeling of incomplete evacuation after bowel movements. He had occasional rectal bleeding, swelling around the anus, and struggled with constipation, particularly during travel or when his water intake was low. After undergoing conventional treatment for a month in March 2023, his piles showed no improvement.

Mr. S.P followed a vegetarian diet with a good appetite but was underweight, weighing only 40 kg. He tolerated heat better than cold and had difficulty sweating. He described his emotional state as anxious and stressed, particularly about his career stability and health, which contributed to his overall anxiety.

His family, residing in Nepal, included his father, a carpenter, his mother, a housewife, and his siblings—a brother who is a hairstylist and a sister who is a tailor. Throughout his childhood, he had a simple and happy life, but now he faced financial stress and health concerns.

His past medical history included dengue, which he recovered from with conventional treatment.Dr. Shah carefully reviewed his case and prescribed Sulphur 30c, accompanied by lifestyle modifications and dietary recommendations.

Follow Up

His condition showed gradual improvement over several months. In the very first follow-up done on July 27th, 2023, his condition was the same, he only felt changes in his general well-being.During the second follow-up in September 2023, the size of the warts had increased, and new growths appeared around the anal region. The pile's symptoms remained unchanged.

By 16th November 2023, the penile warts cleared, but the anal area developed new eruptions that appeared to be molluscum causing itching.Over the next few months, there was a steady improvement, with the warts around the genital area and also the tiny eruptions significantly reduced.

By January 2024, the genital warts had significantly improved, with only a few small warts appearing intermittently around the anal region. The itching around the anus had also lessened considerably.By February 2024, the warts had improved by 75%, with only small, transient warts appearing occasionally.

By April 2024, the anal warts had completely resolved, and he occasionally developed tiny warts elsewhere on his body, which subsided within a few days on its own. With the improvement in his physical symptoms, his mental anxiety and embarrassment gradually subsided

Mr. S.P.’s condition improved significantly throughout treatment. His genital warts cleared, and the pile's symptoms became more manageable. Thus, the overall prognosis was positive.

Conclusion

The case highlights the importance of addressing both the physical symptoms and the emotional distress associated with chronic conditions and demonstrates how homeopathy, combined with lifestyle modifications, can effectively manage such cases and contribute to overall health improvement.
