Resolution of Contact Dermatitis Through Individualized Homeopathy
A 23-year-old male patient (PIN: 49340) visited Life Force seeking treatment for his long-standing skin issues. For several years, he experienced persistent dryness on his palms. He considered it normal dryness, which improved temporarily with moisturizers, so he didn’t worry much. However, after joining a hotel as a waiter, his symptoms worsened. His job required him to wear rubber/latex gloves throughout the day, which triggered increased itching and dryness on his palms. Over time, similar symptoms developed on his feet and scalp. Despite taking conventional medicines and applying various ointments, he found no lasting relief. While he was advised to avoid wearing gloves, his job responsibilities made it unavoidable. A 23-year-old male patient (PIN: 49340) visited Life Force for the treatment of his skin condition. He always had dryness on his palms for the past many years. He felt it was normal dryness and, whenever he applied moisturizer, it used to go away. So, he didn’t bother much about it. He started working in a hotel as a waiter for the last 5 years. There was a rule in his hotel that everyone has to wear rubber/latex gloves while serving the customers. So, when he started wearing it, the itching and dryness increased in his palms. He also developed itching and dryness on the feet and scalp. He took conventional medicines and applied many ointments but it didn’t help him much. He was advised not to wear gloves, but, as it was part of his work, he had no choice but to wear them the whole day.
The patient and his parents were very worried about his skin condition. They contacted Life Force Homeopathy and visited Kemp’s Corner branch for treatment. They visited us on 24th September 2022. A detailed case history was taken, and, based on that, medicines were prescribed to him.
Physical Generals:
The patient had an average appetite. He craved meat. His thirst was moderate. The patient had no issues related to the urine and stool. His sleep was sound and refreshing.
Psychological Generals:
The patient was very shy and introverted. He doesn’t like to share his feeling with others. He used to get tensed very easily.

Follow-Ups:
First Followup
On 16th November 2022, the patient reported that he was a lot better with the medicines. The itching and dryness on his palms and soles were reduced a lot after starting with our homeopathic medicines. The scaling was also less than before. He had experienced an overall improvement with medicines.
Second Followup
On 4th January 2023, the patient updated that he was further better with the medicines. His relief from the complaints was almost 50% better after starting homeopathic treatment. Itching, dryness, and scaling were reduced despite wearing rubber gloves at work. The patient and his parents were very happy with the recovery.
Third Followup
On 15th April 2023, the patient informed us that he was almost 70% to 80% better now. All his symptoms were gradually subsiding with medicines. The itching, dryness, and scaling on his palms and soles had reduced a lot. The patient had experienced an overall wonderful improvement with medicines.
