He had noticed the first spot 6 months ago at the corners of the mouth. He had spots on the chin, cheeks, and forehead and around the lips. He did not have any other spots elsewhere on his body. Some spots were prominent while some were very mild. Initially he took steroids tablets and local application for few months, but it did not help much. Then he switched over to ayurvedic medicines which helped to a certain extent.
He was also having dry eyes and dry skin complaint. He was applying some moisturizer for his dry skin.He had an average appetite. He preferred spicy south Indian food and also chicken and fish.He was an Indian by origin and settled in Muscat for his vocation. He was a system analyst in an IT company.His family consisted of wife and 2 sons; 14 and 10 years age respectively.
