It would occur once a week and would stay for a day or two. She would feel better with peaceful and undisturbed sleep. Her life was stressful, managing children, the home, and the hospital. Her migraines would get aggravated due to hunger, the sun, and stress. She would feel like sleeping and taking rest rather than working with the pain. She would take a painkiller as and when required.
She had associated complaint of acne like rash on the chin occurring before menses and due to stress.
She had a normal appetite with a preference for sweet and vegetarian food. She had normal perspiration with more on palms and soles. She was intolerant of cold weather.
