Homeopathy Helped LPP Patient Gain Steady Improvement and Restore Skin Appearance

It may or may not spread in every person having it. A 63-year-old female (PIN: 36143) suffering from LPP contacted us on 14th March 2018 for homeopathic treatment for her skin condition. She was suffering from it for 2 years. Initially, it was diagnosed as Melasma, and various medicines were prescribed to her. Later on, it was confirmed as LPP. She had taken allopathic medicines and applied ointments, but nothing gave her relief. Hyperpigmentation was present on her forehead, around the eyes, cheeks, and neck. It had spread over time, and it was getting darker day by day. There were no significant symptoms except hyperpigmentation. The patient was getting conscious before going out because of it, as it was visible on her face, and everyone kept asking her about it. She was also suffering from Underactive Thyroid, for which she was taking thyroid supplements. 

Physical Generals:

Her appetite was normal. She had no specific desire or aversion to any food or drink. Her thirst for water was average. Her sleep was sound. She had no issues related to urine and stool.

Psychological Generals:

The patient was a bank manager and was satisfied with her job. By nature, she was very joyful and an extrovert.

Self and Family’s Medical History:

The patient had no major illnesses in the past. Also, she had no medical history in her family.

Follow-Ups:

First follow-up:

On 7th February 2019, the patient reported to us that she was stable. The hyper-pigmentation on her skin was as it is. The spread of the disease had stopped now. Second follow-up:

On 21st February 2020, the patient updated us that she was almost 50% better in her recovery from the skin complaint. Third follow-up:

On 3rd March 2021, the patient reported to us in the feedback that she was further better. Her old patches were drastically reduced now. The patient was very happy with the recovery. Fourth follow-up:

On 21st March 2022, the patient reported to us that she was further better. The hyper-pigmentation on her face and neck was getting lighter day by day. Her disease was completely under control, and there was a lot of improvement in her skin with the medicines.

Final follow-up:

On 29th December 2022, she updated us that her recovery from the skin complaints was now 85% to 90% better. She was experiencing slow and steady improvement in her recovery from hyperpigmentation. No new patches were noticed since starting our homeopathic treatment. The patient was thrilled and satisfied with the treatment.
