Understanding the recurring nature of the condition, he opted to start homeopathic treatment parallel to steroids. Case Details Physical Generals Appetite: Average Thirst: Average Perspiration: Profuse, especially on palms and soles Sleep: Disturbed Psychological Profile The patient, a student, was anxious about his health and future. His inability to perform daily activities as before contributed to his stress. Past & Family History Past: Right knee ligament repair Family history: Strong history of Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension on the maternal side Treatment at Life Force After evaluating the case in detail, Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed research-based, individualized homeopathic medicines along with dietary guidelines. Follow-Ups and Progress Timeline 24th July 2020 Overall improvement No new episodes Urine protein: Negative Facial swelling reduced Continued on steroids Condition stable 8th September 2020 Increased urine protein loss Same steroid dose continued Medicines modified as per new developments 24th November 2020 Urine protein loss persisted but was well-controlled with steroids + homeopathy 5th March 2021 Began tapering steroids Protein loss improving 20th April 2021 Completely off steroids Protein loss remained the same but managed entirely with homeopathy 19th June 2021 Further reduction in protein loss Steroid-free for 5–6 months Condition stable 1st August 2021 Stable with nil to 1+ protein loss, on homeopathy alone 9th September 2021 50% improvement Protein loss reduced to nil/trace levels No steroids 14th November 2021 Steroid-free for 10 months Condition stable with homeopathy 12th January 2022 No protein loss Continued homeopathy 13th March 2022 70% overall improvement Steroid-free for over a year No protein leakage 21st May 2022 Stable No protein loss Steroid-free for nearly 1.5 years 31st July 2022 Completely fine clinically No cold/coryza episodes 75–80% overall improvement 28th September 2022 Mild protein traces after acute cold & cough Controlled well with homeopathy alone 27th November 2022 Occasional trace protein No triggering infections Condition stable The patient continues treatment at Life Force. The family expressed great satisfaction with the sustained improvement and the fact that he could completely discontinue steroids safely.
