The patient presented with dark-colored scattered patches all along his chest, back, upper abdomen, shoulders, & both the upper arms with no itching or burning. His patches would get aggravated due to perspiration and ameliorated by applying an antifungal cream but only temporarily.
Physical Generals:
The patient used to get dream about his routine life. He had a moderate-sized bald patch on his scalp. He had cravings for spicy food. The patient was following a non-vegetarian diet prominently.
Psychological Make-Up and Medical History:
By nature, the patient was a mild, gentle, and reserved individual. He was a chilly patient. He had a medical history of dengue.
At Life Force:

First follow-up:
On the follow-up on 8th December 2021, all his patches disappeared. Just mild pigmentation was left on his back.
